What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24-72 hours to process your order and then 10-15 business days to deliver it to you. Please contact us at this email address after 6 weeks if you have not received anything.
Due to the health situation and the Chinese New Year, parcel shipments and production were halted from 27 January to 18 February. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Our offices are located in Switzerland. Our international warehouse is located in China.
Some items are missing from my order, what is going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains materials from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive soon.
I have received my order but the size is not right, what can I do?
If you receive your order in the wrong size, we will send you an item in the right size, just let us know by email and give us your name + first name and your order number with the size you want.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. An order tracking email is sent to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Due to the sanitary situation the order tracking may not be provided. Your order will still be sent to you in estimated time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, order tracking is available as soon as your order is sent. Your order will be shipped 1 to 3 days after your order (due to high demand and covid-19 delays may vary). Your order tracking will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is sent.
I still haven't received my order follow-up, what can I do?
Due to the sanitary situation the order tracking may not be provided. Your order will still be sent to you in estimated time. In any case your package will arrive within 4-5 weeks.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to solve any problems our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, if the appeal is made within 24 hours of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not sold.
